FAQ
Can I play on FACEIT if I'm new to Counter-Strike?
Certainly! FACEIT is an open platform that welcomes players of all skill levels. While some may believe that it's exclusively for top-tier competitive gamers, our skill-based brackets are designed to accommodate players of all skill levels and guarantee an enjoyable experience for everyone.
How much does it cost to join FACEIT?
It's free to join FACEIT! We also offer premium subscriptions to enhance your experience with additional features, priority queues, and exclusive tournaments.
What is the FACEIT Anti-Cheat and how does it work?
The FACEIT Anti-Cheat is our industry-leading software designed to ensure the highest level of integrity on our platform. It consists of three main components: an application that runs when playing protected games (like CS2), a kernel-mode driver loaded at boot, and a server-side SDK that ensures secure communication between client and server. All components are developed in-house with both game safety and personal computer security as top priorities.
How do FACEIT skill levels work?
FACEIT skill levels are a ranking system with 10 levels, Level 1 being the lowest and Level 10 the highest. Your level is determined by your ELO rating, which increases or decreases based on match outcomes and individual performance. The system ensures balanced matchmaking and gives you a clear path to track your improvement.
How to Join hubs?
